Education Program

At Hope Harbour Youth, we understand the importance of education—and the barriers that many underserved youth face in accessing it. Limited time, lack of resources, and unstable living situations often make it difficult for them to focus on learning.

That’s why we host workshops, create outreach posters to connect youth with accessible, free tutoring (both long-term and short-term), and organize book drives to help provide educational materials. Our goal is to make learning more reachable, empowering youth with the tools they need to succeed.

Over 400+ Books Collected.

At Hope Harbour Youth, we understand the value of education because we’ve had the privilege to experience it ourselves. That’s why we offer tutoring sessions and, just as importantly, host regular book drives. These books are donated to emergency shelters and rural communities, giving young people access to learning and imagination they might not otherwise have.

We know that many shelters have limited access to educational resources and reading materials. That’s why we’re committed to donating not only books, but also creating reading corners and small literacy kits—spaces where youth can discover stories, learn new skills, and find comfort in the pages of a book.
